Looking for a smardSD card vendor in the microSD form factor. The card needs to be running JavaCard and we should be able to place our custom applets on the card

Weltrebd WT5270 smartSD controller chip - specs
SmartSD from Chinese manufacturer FEITIAN
Hyperstone - they manufacture controller chips for SmartSD cards, not the actual cards
LGM Card - looks like they are specializing in NFC payments, so it is not likely that they would let you deploy your own Applet into their card
Credense card by DeviceFidelity - looks like they have merged with Kili Technologies who has been squired by Square in March 2015. So that product is probably no longer available on the market
